To ensure our goals are always aligned with the building, our Riser Management service is contracted using the building’s standard service agreement, so you can opt out anytime with a 30-day notice.

There is no catch. Montgomery receives compensation only when there is cabling that needs to be run up the riser. The tenant or ISP pays Montgomery for the cabling as they normally would, and there are no additional charges of any kind. And don’t worry – tenants are not required to use Montgomery for their suite cabling.

Whether there is cabling work tomorrow or five years from now, you get all the above services at no cost – the same way we’ve been doing it since 2002.

The added benefit: you have a single point of contact that ensures all riser cabling is performed to code and building standard, with consistent labeling and documentation.
